Faculty

Dr.K Prathap Reddy, Director (FABS) and former Director, IRMA, Anand will lead the faculty team. The core faculty will be drawn from academic and industry streams. They will be supplemented with rich faculty resources available in Hyderabad as Visiting Faculty. They will be further reinforced with Guest Faculty from other parts of India and abroad. You would like to know that FABS is seriously trying to forge alliances and partnerships with a few Agri Business schools from USA and other parts of the world.

Prof. MP Sivakumar has master’s degrees in management. He is in the final stages of completing his doctorate from Kaktiya University. He has over 10 years experience out of which about 5 years in the industry and 5 years in teaching. He has over 10 publications in various journals of repute. He is at present working with GRIET,, Hyderabad. He is a visiting to a few other management schools in Hyderabad including IPE. His interests include teaching and research in economics, social marketing and marketing research.

Ms. B Mythri after her degree in Electronics Engineer completed her MBA with specialization in marketing. She has joined FABS in September 2009. She plans to build her career in marketing and marketing research.

Dr. EG Rajan is the Principal of Sagar Institute of Technology. Dr. Rajan had a very distinguished careers in Indian Police Service and in Engineering education. A doctorate from IIT, Kanpur, Dr. Rajan had taught at IIT, Kanpur and several other engineering colleges at Hyderabad. For the last two decades, Dr. Rajan guided as several engineering colleges in Hyderabad. Dr. Rajan is very active in research; several of his students are now occupying very important positions in various universities including some as Vice-Chancellors. He is actively involved in developing the fort polio of activities of FABS.

Prof. Sateesh Reddy is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science in Sagar Institute of Technology. He teaches all the courses related to IT and computers in FABS. He is also looks after all the IT services to the entire campus.

Prof. P.Anantha Lakshmi. She is working as Asst. Prof. of English. She completed M.A (EngLit), M.A(political Science), CTE (IGNOU) and M.Phil in English. She had 15 years of experience in teaching English

Prof..K.Kavitha. She is working as Asst. Prof of Mathematics. She completed M.Sc, M.Phil, B.Ed in Mathematics. She had completed M.Tech (CSC) & Diploma in information and systems management CDISM. She is pursuing PhD in mathematics from Srivenkateshwara University. She had 8 years experience in Teaching Mathematics. She attended 3 workshops and 5 national and International conferences.

Prof.. K. Geetha. She is working as Asst. Prof of English. She completed M.A(English) and PGCTE (English and Foreign Language university) Currently pursuing DTE from EFL University and M.Phil in English language teaching from Osmania university. She presented a paper in ELT at international conference on reading comprehension.

Visiting Faculty:

Siddharth Rastogi; Mr. Siddharth Rastogi has a Master’s degree in Commerce and is about to complete his doctoral studies (Fellow Programme in Management) at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He had over four years experience in PG level teaching economics, mathematics, finance and research methods. His current interests include international agri business with special focus on food sector. Mr. Rastogi has altogether 8 publications to his credit.

G Muralidhar, Engineer-rural management professional, 19 years. Worked with NDDB, IRMA, GCC, NTGCF/FES, OUTREACH, Naandi Foundation and SERP. Experience is in the areas of Mentoring Development (Livelihoods including micro-Finance) Professionals/Entrepreneurs/Organizations, Visioning/Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Institution Building, Tribal Development, Poverty Projects, Livelihoods of the Poor and Application of Management Concepts in Development.

M Vijaybhasker Srinivas, Rural management professional has over, 12 years experience in development livelihoods sector. He had worked with Gram Vikas, Orissa; Bhagavatula Charitable Trust, Vizag; and other development organizations like ITM, SERP and SOCHURSOD. His current interests include Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Institution Building, Poverty Projects, Livelihoods of the Poor and Application of Management Concepts in Development.

Dr. Y Eshwara Prasad is a doctorate in agricultural Economics from UAS Bangalore. Dr. Prasad had over 30 years experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He had recently retired as Professor & Head, Department of Agricultural Economics, ANGRAU, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. He had co-authored two books and published over 160 papers in various national and international journals. His current interests include market intelligence, IT in agriculture, and marketing research.

G Srinivasa Rao is a practicing accounting consultant. He is double post graduate in commerce and management and has nearly 10 years of experience in teaching, consulting and as corporate manager. At present, Mr. Srinivas is working as a Manager in GE Capital, Hyderabad.
