The ever-expanding multinational and Indian corporate sectors are looking for professionals with technical knowledge and managerial skills with a corporate vision. The agri-techno managers need to be trained in an environment that imparts managerial skills and techniques suitable for agri-business activity. FABS aims at moulding the youth as entrepreneurs and professional managers for converting Indian agriculture from “a way of life”    into “ Agri-Business”  and prepare them to avail the opportunities in food and agribusiness sector in Afro-Asian and North American countries. Its portfolio of activities will include research, consultancy, training and education.  Its flagship programme will be the 2-year, fully residential Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management (PGDM – Agribusiness). The uniquely designed programme will provide an ideal learning environment, practical interaction with industry and adequate field exposure to enable the development of a breed of young, enterprising, agribusiness professionals to meet the needs of growing industry.
