Memorandum of Understanding

Food and Agri Business School [FABS], Hyderabad and RVJ Eurasia Food and Agro Services BV, Netherlands have signed an MoU. As part of the MoU, FABS and RVJ Services will introduce each other as collaborating partners and will make use of this collaboration as a base to promoting mutually beneficial programmes and activities. The overall objective of the MoU will be to connect European and Indian Food & Agro Supply Chains in a meaningful way. More specifically, FABS & RVJ Services will

• Establish other partnerships to complement and serve their joint businesses/projects in an effective and holistic manner.
• Jointly design and conduct different training programs as per the market requirements in both Europe and India.
• Jointly enable/facilitate businesses that can close the quality GAP between European and Indian Food Supply Chains. In the long-term both these entities envision becoming the orchestrators of Food Supply Chains.
• Carry out different customized research initiatives to understand the opportunities that exist within and between these two markets.
• Work towards strengthening FABS European priorities by working in close cooperation with FABS. On similar lines, FABS will work towards strengthening the RVJ Services Indian priorities/offerings.
• Develop mutually beneficial and interesting projects with both short-term and long-term perspective. The decision on the benefits and cost sharing shall be made on a project-by-project basis.
